the latest remodeling

A lot has happened, the painting, flooring and the grids for the ceiling. July 1 through the 7th, we will be closed for moving, opening July 8th at 9 A.M. If you aren't doing anything in the mornings of the the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th or 7th, show up at the Maple Ave. location at 9 A.M. and you can help move. If you are in high school or college, we will pay you, if you are older, we'll buy you a steak at Western Sizzlin' for lunch. We think we will only need help for about 3 hours each morning. Wish us the best and keep us in your prayers!

this portrait of Judy & Belle is very special because they are the "Volunteers of the Year" at St. Mary's.
Belle is a therapy dog and we can certainly see how she could brighten anyone's day!

For at least 10 years, I have been thinking about this as a location for a great portrait, and then Shawn tells me he has this idea about a special place he sees every day on the way to school...and guess what, it's the same place. Good eye Shawn, if I ever need a "location scout", you'll be the first one I call :-).
